Over the years, our clients have asked many good questions about KT’s Office Services and in an effort to simplify what we do and how we do it, we provide a few of these questions right here for you.

What is the advantage of using KT’s Office Services, versus just going to a large department store for my printer needs?

CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We strive to make sure our clients are completely satisfied with any contact from KT’s, from our professional, friendly and knowledgeable service techs to our experienced sales staff!

Do you help customers only in New Jersey or can you help anyone in the United States?
We provide product throughout the US, and on-site printer, fax, laser maintenance in NJ.

I have a small printer in my home; do you service residential clients as well as commercial?
We will service just about any printer and print device at any location in NJ. 

What are your hours of operation? Do you have an emergency number for established clients?
Our hours are Monday thru Thurs: 9-5, Friday: 9-4. Saturday apt available at additional costs.

Are you a “Green” company?
KT’s Office Services will provide you with several green options when choosing a printer, replacing a printer or purchasing toner cartridges. 

Do you charge for consultations or in-house evaluations?
We do not charge for evaluations of your printer fleet, please call to discuss with our professional sales staff 

My printer is broken. Do I have to bring it to you or will you come to my home or office to fix it?
We can come to your place of business or home OR you can bring the device in for a diagnostic and repair. 

Do you charge for shipping?
Yes, we charge UPS rates. 

Do you guarantee your printer cartridges and ink toner replacements?
New toners are guaranteed for 90 days, remanufactured toners are guaranteed for 6 months. 

I want to refer you to a local school. What’s the best way to go about this?
At KT’s we consider a referral the highest form of a compliment, you can call or email us with the details and we will respond ASAP.
